• Processing Fees: 3% to 7% based on loan amount
• Repayment Terms: 3, 6, 12, or 24 months
• Currency: Loans disbursed in USDT, fees paid in ETH

4.3 Processing Fees

A one-time processing fee is required before loan disbursement:

• Processing fees are non-refundable once paid
• Fees must be paid in ETH (Ethereum)
• Fee amounts are clearly displayed before payment
• Loans will not be disbursed until processing fees are confirmed

5. Repayment Obligations

By accepting a loan, you agree to:

• Repay the full loan amount plus interest according to the agreed schedule
• Make timely monthly payments as specified in your loan agreement
• Pay any late fees or penalties for missed payments
• Notify us immediately if you anticipate difficulty making payments
• Accept that failure to repay may result in collection actions
